Message	that if they can see you, you can see them. At 1000', you have about 1/3 of a second to react. Remember, LASER uses 1000s of pulses or counts. Jammers, in 100% of the tests that I've seen, do not work. Aside from not speeding, your best radar is by watching the behavior of the cars in front of you.
